Sorry to be a pain, but have you got any timings for the Saturday please for which film we are seeing and when the BBQ is?

Childcare and all that...

 

Not sure I'm going to make this, looks like getting back on the sunday will be a nightmare and I'm not too keen on spendnig 5 hours on a coach

Looks like rail works that weekend, would have to change 4 times, 2 traind and 2 buses. The train only leaves Newcastle at 16:40 and by time I'd get in to Manchester it would be past 12am

 

I'll post film timings when they are released (sometime today apparently) so I'd suggest we see an early afternoon screening and have a little time either side for a bit of a wander, then head back to mine around 5pm to get the BBQ started.....will post again when timings are online.

Coz- your journey sounds a bit of nightmare, so no worries if you can't make it.

 

...oh, and if there's anything anyone wants to see/do in the city, please shout up!!

How do people want to work this? I can do the same as last year and buy most of the food myself, then we split the bill. Meat eaters just bring their meat on the day (and anything else they want to bring). I'll be going shopping on Fri night, so shout up if you want me to buy anything specific, otherwise it'll be the usual BBQ food (buns, picky things, salad etc).

 

Ah well Clash of BBQs there, Monopoly board pub crawl, BBQ in london and one up here, probably will have to miss it unless I get a lear jet.

Will do, Lady P. If you and the boyf are meat eaters, you just need to bring some meat (and anything else you wish) but I'll be getting things like buns, picky food etc.
