Artist Clone Wars characters (new- Clone Wars party)

Perhaps I am getting silly without my students around me and my usually high stress level.

 

The links are all on the first page. So no need to stress.

 

Great to see new pieces of art from you. What do you use?

 

I use a tablet, and a program called Paint Tool SAI.

 

I love the newer Obi-Wan! The Luminara link isn't working for me, though.

 

I also like the Obi ONE a lot!

 

QGR: The Luminara link works fine for me. I dunno what could be wrong with the link.

I added something different, an icon I made for the Icons thread, but sense it's 'fanart' it's not allowed to be uploaded there. Too bad, I actually like how it turned out, and would like to have it for my own.

 

Considering that her Master is going to be Darth Vader later, doesn't it give her (Ahsoka) some right to be a little grumpy?

Glad you like the idea of her getting Knighted and not killed off.

 

LukeTano, don't mistake my 'fanart' of Ahsoka as a means that I'm an Ahsoka fan. Artistically, I do think she's more interesting than characters like Anakin or Obi-Wan, but that doesn't mean I like her character, or the idea of her being Knighted. But thank you for looking.

These are absolutely lovely!

You have a great style that meshes well with the CW aesthetic but remains distinctly your own. I love the very painterly strokes that you use to color; honestly, although some of the poses and clothing folds are stiff, it's in a way that works completely. It reminds me very much of Byzantine iconography. Wonderful work, thank you for sharing it with us!

 

Xcell - I just now looked at these for the first time. Truly excellent stuff! The Shaak Ti material is the best, but older Ahsoka is a close 2nd!
