Why spend time, effort and cash on a journey when postage is available...

im not to sure about episodes 14 - 16
they seem to be based before the clone wars movie
mainly because anikans apprentice is gone
plus episode 16 is on the same planet the movie starts on

Thanks so much to M-S and SP for giving me the eps so far!! I managed to make it through eps 1-14 on Sunday afternoon/evening, and then the other 4 on Monday morning.

I am enjoying it so much! I was always a huge Clone fan, but after reading KT's Clone Commando books, I became absolutely enamoured with the Ep 2 clones, particularly the Null's. When I grow up, I wanna be an ARC trooper :p So of course I was very excited when the movie came out, MORE CLONES!

Absolutely loving the series so far. I love that it's all about the Clones, and you get to know the clones so much better. It's really interesting watching the series having read KT's series because it gives you an even greater insight into the mind of the clones. I cry inside every time a clone dies needlessly. Yes, every TIME!! It's just so heartbreaking!! I LOVED the episode where the clone sold them all out and was working for Asaajj. It was just so sad. He could see that the Clones were being used (and there were quite a few who were questioning their treatment) and decided to do something about it. IS sad that Rex and Cody couldn't really understand why he was doing it :( I just really cannot get enough of the clones! I relate to them so well, and completely sympathise with their situation.

And boy oh boy does it make me so angry with the jedi sometimes! hehehe I agree with the Nulls, Obi Wan is a pompous arrogant man who got clones needlessly killed. The more I watch the more I start to get SO ANNOYED with Obi. *sigh* I'm sure my fellow Vode will agree with me there! Ahsoka annoys me to pieces, but her one redeeming feature is her love for the clones. Hoorah! Even Anakin takes care of his clones for the most part.

    Ummm other than the clones....

Loved seeing more of Luminara and Aayla! I LOVED both their accents and thought they suited them perfectly! Kit Fisto was perfect, and Plo was AWESOME! He surprised me so much! So hooray for most of the jedi :p I do hope we get to see more of Aayla, and that they start to show the relationship between her and Bly. Cause they were VERY close!

I found the episode on the Snow Planet incredibly interesting. At first I thought the accent was Australian until I hear the Senator speak and realised it was South Africaan. As soon as I identified that I saw the whole episode in a new light. I was intrigued that they actually put such political/topical themes into a kids show. Though I'm wondering how many other people picked up on the undertones of that episode, because when I asked SP about it she hadn't picked it up. Perhaps I'm thinking too much :p It is a kids show after all!!

So yeah, to sum up: CLONES ARE AWESOME!!!!

    I <3 Clones so much!

Salutes LC & breaks into a rousing chorus of "En Vode"

Maybe "penguin squad" here is to your liking m'lady....

You'll also find that Quinlan Vos has no love or respect for the clones under his command.. he refused to call them by their names, only their numbers.
In Obi's defense, he did develop a very close bond with Cody...
(until Cody executed Order 66)..... [face_mischief]

Glad to know I'm in good company!

Hahaha penguin squad? I've heard talk of penguins :p

Ah yes, I remember someone telling me about him. But then he's always struck me as a bit of a hardliner. And yes, Obi did have a good relationship with Cody. Pity it wasn't enough to save him :p

I love the 'clones' also but have been unable to catch up with the latest episodes [face_whistling], I'm hoping that may change in the future.... ;)

Yes, but Cody's aim seemed to be off, as Obi-Wan survived ALL of it ... including his battle and defeat of Vader [face_mischief] ;)

He did make one mistake at the end of the battle though [face_whistling]
