Full Series Clone Wars sports episode or arc?

Since they did so many other things i could see this happening. I could imagine the protagonists forced into becoming gladiators for a while. This would work with the less powerfull characters like Rex. We already did The Deadliest Game why not do Hunger Games too? Or it could be a more light-hearted episode involving a grav-ball championship or somthing similar.Jedi partoicipating in it would be fun because they have to hide their powers. Maybe they could be pitted against other force users or Terellian Jango jumpers. We had not seen any of those since they first showed up.

 

Kinda reminds me of the Padawan Arc and "Nomad Droids". We've been there and seen that, however I like good old fashioned beat downs. I really like them when they involved Rex. I would be cool with wasting an entire episode on putting Rex in a MMA ring with somebody and watching the results.

 

It sounds like fun, but it also sounds very difficult to work this in without it being extremely contrived. It might be fun anyway.

 

Grav-ball looks like basketball with lower gravity. it would be a lot more exciting then the droid episodes.

 

Have them playing soccer

 

I'm surprised we haven't seen a podracing episode yet.

Why not. The Slaves of the Republic arc turned out great. Adapt away. Wasn't there some rumor about a pod racing ep at one point?

 

I dunno if there was, but I agree; the Zygerrian story was great and I'd really like to see a podracing episode (I must admit that I've always liked the podracing concept so I would probably love it).

 

One of my favorite arcs, it was. Podracing is kinda interesting. Ahsoka looked kinda goofy with the goggles in Mortis.

 

It was like she was getting ready for Podracing

 

She looked like Gadget from CDRR. Nobody will probably know who that is...

Sounds like something I would abhor, though to their credit they pulled off a similar idea really well in the new Avatar series, Legend of Korra. And TCW does have a knack for proving that how something is done can be more important than what is done in the broader sense...but my general disdain for sports still leads me to say PLEASE, CROM, NO!!!!
