I'm still here and alive, i ve got some problems here.
For your information the clone is nearly hending.The modelisation. The texturing is for next year
And of course I give the model to Sci-fi 3d.
but tell me how.

You're gonna texture it in 2004?
Tell you how.. how to send it? How big is it zipped up?
The site has been around for 3.5 years or so. Topa came around about 6 months or less into that.. roughly. And he's been out of it for at least a year. So I figure 2 years or longer.... roughly. Just an estimate. Either way.. he's gone and he left with dozens of model we never got from him.

 

The 2004 is just a rough estimate, it could take longer, we don't know

Hi,new and last update at last!!!!!!!
I like the model now. except the feets, they're too short. And few other details.
So the model size is 1.54 mo without the bodie.
with the bodie (poser model) more heavy 3.6 mo. I working on a bodie more light.

Zoo, about the clone's texture why don't you make a challenge ? I send you the model and everybody can "textured*"it?
I don't have time to do this now.
What do think about?

You know, there hasn't been a challenge in a while. It's cool to see what people come up with. hmmmph...challenges should be monthly rather than weekly, so people have time to model and texture. I say the first new challenge should maybe be the Clone texture, and maybe a second one as like..I dunno. I miss seeing those though.
I guess allot of people were too busy though.

Yea. Email me about it. Tell me how big the zip file is. If it's not over 5 MB zipped up just go ahead and send it.

I'll put it on the site and people can start a challenge if they want. There are 3 diff. versions and people can make a dirty and clean version... and they can make the diff. colors for each too like... white, red, yellow?

Personally, I'd prefer if just ONE person did it. That way we can do like we did with the sandtrooper. We have maps that can be interchanged for dirty or clean, and a color or no color. All in one model file.

By the way... it looks really nice.

 

Hey I saw your clonetrooper and I really like the reflections on the front. I hope you can get it done soon for download. If that's how the helmet looks then i can't wait to see the rest of it.

 

OMG OMG OMG poser 4?!!!!! Oh man I hoped you would make it for poser YAY!!!!! sorry, I personally would like an untextured (like you have right now) and a sort of battle damaged one like in the film.

 

Sorry for a second reply in a row, you might be aware of this but the gauntlets need to be shaped more, and the right gauntlet has some sort of key board on it. Sorry just trying to help you make it perfect.

 

Yeah... A challenge would be cool.

ANIBUS said he was going to send it in a week or two ago. I gave him FTP info, etc. He just hasn't done it yet. But I'm looking out for it.

 

Anybody seen him. He's disappeared for a month or more. He hasn't read my PM's either.

 

I'm going to bump this because I feel that the newer members should get a look at true art. I wish ANUBIS would come back, I'd like to see how great the finished model of the Clonetrooper is.
