Y'know, I hate that I can't participate here because my favorite isn't PC. Uncle Remus. Yes, he talked about "tar babies" and he was a black man telling stories about "Brother Rabbit" (Br'er Rabbit) and "Sister Fox" (Sis Fox), but he had some really good lessons. It's what would be considered racist today, though. It's interesting to read the stories written in his inflection. "By and by" becomes binby.

I like pretty much all of the Disney movies discussed.

 

We discuss Disney a lot. Some die-hard fans here. I'm a shareholder, but not a fan, necessarily.

Did you see the original animated Cinderella? The actress who voiced Lady Tremaine in that film (the stepmother) also voiced Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty.

There are certain actors/actresses who make great villains because of their voices: Eleanor Audley (Lady Tremaine, Maleficent) and Tony Jay (Monsider D'arque and Judge Frollo). If he hadn't passed away, Michael Clarke Duncan would have made a great Apocalypse in the X-Men movies: he had the voice and strong build.

There's a few voice actors that are used over and over. Mark Hamill is one of them. But one of my favorite Cars scenes was when they were watching movies at the drive in and John Ratzenberger said "Hey! They're using the same actor over and over again! What kind of cut-rate production is this?!"

 

If we're including villainous accomplices, then I'll have to say: Iago.

Good morning. My favorite Disney supporting characters are Timon, Lumeniere (not sure of spelling the be my guest candle dude from the 90 film) and Jiminy Cricket. I also like the bird in Lion King played by Rowan Atkinson. And the genie from Aladdin.
