    I’m missing my waanderguard and my poodles this morning.

    Howdy folks, good Monday to all. [:D] Going to try to focus on getting school stuff done ahead of time for once, as Oct. & Nov. are jam-packed. (Knew that'd happen & yet am still sad lol. :p) Unsure how successful I'll be; will mainly be in lurking & liking mode. :)
    Lol, tbh my knitting skills are lacking, only slightly better than a beginner :p, but that is a great idea JR; I'd focus on PT patterns as I haven't found many. SW is inspiring all my crafts lately. Almost done w/my halloween SW print skirt! [face_love] Lady Belligerent, I think I recall you once saying you're also into sewing & whatnot? Working on anything now? :)

    I do sew and I have a handful of quilts and such in progress. I’m hoping to get serious and finish a large quilt top this winter and send it to be quilted. I’ve also got a intricate needlepoint piece I should complete, it’s in silk and the design is Victorian era fashion.

    I have a few more but I’m heading out now to raid shops in the NYC garment district. :D See ya later this evening.

    Strangely enough, I sew better than most people I know. Comes from when I was a young Boy Scout and I got my first rank.

    I learned to sew pretty darn quick.

    I think Fall or Winter is one of the triggers for Arthritis. I had a hard time opening the can of dog food with a can opener.
