So, I may have been the victim, or almost the victim of a healthcare scam. I got a call from someone claiming to be with my health insurance company. They spoke English, but it didn't sound like it was their native tongue. While they didn't ask me for my social security number (don't know if they would have, but hung up on them before they got the chance), they kept asking me questions about "health" issues I supposedly had (which I don't or didn't). Unfortunately, I did give out some information before I hung up.

I've already contacted my health insurance company, and the state attorney general's office.

From the sounds of it, it does sound like a scam.

 

Fortunately, not my social security number, but one piece of information that could identify me.

 

I wouldn't worry, I think you hung up before anything bad could have happened.

Fandango.com forgot to send me my Star Wars poster in the mail for buying a ticket off the website. So, I called them to get my problem fixed.

Real story. I was in Lowes with my family last fall. I overheard a woman talking to her husband on the phone about how much she liked this cupola they had. The rep had just told her the display model was the last one. I tapped her on the shoulder and said, "Ask for a discount. They'll want to get it out of here." She said, "Really? Hey, honey, there's this guy here who says..." Long story short, 25% discount.

Adella7 what are your tickets like? I didn't realize it till later but my tickets are 3d but dead center of row G.

 

I hope I get this poster before Fandango.com stops giving them free (pay for shipping) until Nov 30, 2017. My ticket is located in the E section of the Theater seating area. It is on the right side of the E section. The movie show is not 3d or Imax . I can live with out those improvements in movie screens.

 

Fandango sounds like a rollercoaster ride you'd find on the coast
