I liked it but I had issues with how they treated some characters. I can't say any more without spoiling. Im seeing it again tomm. Overall I liked it but there were issues. I think I liked TFA better.

There's a few scenes that I scratch my head at and I think I always will when watching it (one of which is a huge WTF). I like it a lot but it's a whole different feeling than every time I watch TFA, which it's meant to be.

That seems to be par for the course. Multiple viewings is better in this case.

But really, I'm surprised with all of the negative reactions so far. I mean, sure, no film is perfect, but I never thought I'd see the day where the critics are more favorable to a SW film than the fans.

doesn't surprise me at all. This is the most controversial SW film by far. the fans will be divided. Critics don't care, just another movie to them. They don't pour over every line and insidious smile like we fans do

After my second viewing, I'm pretty favorable to it as well. It still has its faults, but I loved it all the same. I think it's a worthy addition to the Saga.

I'm going to have to say the worst thing about TLJ is it seemed to have broken the boards here . Hit or miss with it working since the movie came out.
