Ah. Gotta love those.
All I wanted was the literal meaning in Greek not religious nonsense. Oh, well, it poof. I like the word even though it is from myth. Like several such names too.
I always wanted to create mt own myth from a word, but I could never quite figure out how or what word or where to go with it.
Yeah, I lost my creative mindset a while ago.
I created my own mythology
I called it "Lordik" mythology (no idea why )
it had gods and goddesses and the like
CA knows some of it:
ie, trees were originally from under the ocean (sea plants) but the god of the ocean was cantankerous and got annoyed with them and threw them onto the land, so they have been "land grown" ever since
Oooo, is the Alan and Jeremy as fighting god brothers one!
Huggles my little brothers.
I would love to read more of that
Now I need to create one since you did it Rick.
CA: yes it was!! they were exact opposites in personality
hey Malcolm, how are you dude?
*slides him a cold drink*
and a bag of gold coins for being the only person to vote me as best patron
Babe: I sent you the name list.
Rick: Is the one inspired by Jeremy clip that really threw Cushy. I thought Papa really upset and you made Jeremy angry sea god always bicker with Alan of the land. I hope they okay now. They do seem quite contrasting as men.
hey rick we are brothers now
Mentor comes from the story of Athena helping Telemachos. What was that site trying to claim?
JM: you should it would be fun to hear about it
Shira: what would you like to know?
CA: I think it's a mythological trope, gods are always infighting but it as all in jest, they always made it up, as brothers often do *huggles*
Malcolm: we are?
HI BAIL hi Bail
The site seemed to be claiming that all Mentors are false teachers.
Rick: I glad they make up. Maybe should watch clip again it one of only as self ones really jar Cushy.
I would but I have a short attention span and I'm lazy.
*looks up to see a show called "awkward" on my tv, teens playing with an Ouija board, turns over muttering about foolishness*
Shira: I made the majority of it up years ago, mostly in car journeys on my way to my sisters back in around 1998
CA: the one with Jeremy?
JM: genius in 1 percent inspiration 99% letting others do the work for you... I kid I kid
He probably only casted Alan and Jeremy for Cushy. Though they do work as contrasts. Alan seems almost unflappable whereas Jeremy is very passionate and demonstrative.
Ah, work philosophy.
Rick: Yes. But I don't want to alone.
