OOK, you aren't going to get fat just by eating one.

Since becoming Gluten Free I've been having a hard time consuming enough calories. So I've been eating more chocolate.

I have lost at least 20 pounds since becoming Gluten Free in June. It wasn't quite how I wanted to lose the pounds but hey at least they are gone.

 

Oh. Whoops it's been a long day and it's nearly 1am

 

I automatically go on high alert when I hear stuff like that. Unintentionally lol.

Gluten is in wheat. Eating it makes me sick.

 

I see. So I take it you don't drink beer then?

 

Not unless it is made without wheat.

 

I was gluten-free for a while, in the times when almost every food gave me stomach aches, and I got better. But I tested for gluten allergy and it was negative so I'm gradually introducing wheat to my diet again, and right now I'm ok. My stomach aches were also due to stress, so I'm thinking of going gf again when the uni starts.
It's a pain though, gf products are very expensive and often not so tasty
