I say, I was never interested in languages at school I was a homebody, I said to myself I would never visit any of these places so I had little interest, I was ignorant back then and had my own little obsessions, learning to speak another language wasn't one of them

And AV, we have had this conversation before, If I can't get it right then, I don';t think I can get it right now saying "ryeh" has no meaning to me, what is that? rer-yeah!? ray? rare?

International Phonetic Alphabet. It's used to spell out words with a strict one-sound-per-letter rule. It's the Latin alphabet with extra characters taken from Greek or modified from other letters.

Welll....IPA with ancient languages is a little more tricky. LOL

It's okay You can say Na-air-eh with a very light eh if it makes it easier. Or Nay-ree-eh. I don't mind

languages and Maths were never my strongest points, everything else I was fine at,

subjects I was good at were

English (lit) History, Chemistry, my best subject though was Religious Studies

I recently found out they have introduced Philosophy to high school, boo it should have been a subject when I was there

 

Cushy wanted to take Philosophy in HS.

Cushy not do good languages or maths either.

 

I'm rubbish at maths

 

I'm okay at math, but I need more time to do it than most.
I get complex problems better than simple math.

I languages and sciences though.
