It's okay. I don't like hospitals anyway. Just hate my sleep pattern right now.
As I said, every little extra bit of going out or doing something new helps.
I try that and it does sod all.

I hate schedules, but they have helped me before.
It just won't work. My sleep pattern just has a habit of switching around.

I don't trust myself with medication.
They sell little strips of melatonin, these can work if you allot 9 hours after you take them. Talk to the pharmacist?
They should be able to help.

Or just try to turn off the lights for 1-2 hours before you want to sleep?

i take b12, it regulates your sleep pattern if taken regularly. cant be the store brand, you gotta get it from an apothecary to get it to work well. i live in colorado so theres TONS of those at the flea markets....... along with other "herbs" that are now legal that i hate. dont know where im going with this im tired as hell from turkey. nee-san, you'll tell me when to shut up right?
