Yes. As I recall, Jesus preached love and forgiveness, not hate and condemnation/intolerance.

well, i got kicked out of the catholic church because im bi, and had an affair with a girl. now im back in, but they dont treat me well. i wish that the uptight false prophets in this city *coughnewlifecough* would just be quiet and read the dang bible. half of them quote the bible without knowing they are contradicting themselves. plus, it says in the bible MEN cant be gay but theres nothing about women.

I've never known anything like that before..

I think these people should

A) read the scripture that they proclaim to love

B) watch Carrie> see that they are acting like Maragaret White and then

C) worry about their own salvation and quit playing God

they'll be much happier.

 

We seem to have gotten ourselves into a very deep and philisophical discussion. This undermines my reputation as a cynic. I'm not sure if I should give this deeper thought or make a joke.
