Anyway, I watched the programme Supersize vs Superskinny yesterday.
Have any of you seen it?

They take people (from the UK) who eat 3000+ calories per day and are overweight, and they make them switch diet plans with very thin people who eat 1500 or under calories per day.
They also have a section where they go to the States and help super obese people begin to cope.

It was shocking the extremes some of these people go.

 

I like to eat.

 

No problem with that, so long as there are healthy choices or some exercise in there.

These people are eating cakes and chocolates for breakfast and dinner, and eating snacks at 3 am of chips and soda or energy drinks.

One woman lived on 16 Red Bull a day.

I'm (somewhat embarrassingly after watching) a superskinny. I like to eat, but I'm picky as to what the enjoyable food is. Very picky.
