I hate shopping too. But I also hate waiting for goods I order, so no matter what, internet or shops, I get annoyed.

 

Hmm...Maybe this will help me hone my rage and embrace the Dark Side. *nods* yeah, normally when I am done shopping i have visions of doing things that could get me arrested for.

 

Amusing little snippet I just found out: According to the Playstation store, where I just downloaded a couple of episodes to watch while on the go, Doctor Who isn't meant for kids, it's a hardcore adult show. I only found out because it ran afoul of the factory standard adult content block, which I had to turn off to get access to the episodes I purchased. Now playstation's parental lock runs on a tier system, 1 being the lightest and 10 being the heaviest. You select the tier you think is suitable for your child and anything above that gets locked on your system. Doctor Who is, I kid you not, a grade 10.

So much for 50 years worth of testimonials talking about what a great family show it is.

Wow seriously? Doctor Who is a adult show? I have a cousin who is 10 and watches it. (and also hides behind the couch when the monster appears)

 

Some episodes would make PG-13, but a ten on a one to ten scale?

 

Some episodes actually do meet the PG-13 criteria (We have the same thing, but it's called a 12 certificate.) Almost every season since 2005 has one episode that hits that mark. But as you say a 10 is ridiculous. That's an R/18 certificate, and makes Doctor Who comparable to Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones. It's utter hogswash of the highest order.

Grr still want to watch season 2 of game of thrones... i just wish they would cut it out with the nudity good lord its like there's a 13 year old kid running the show at times

I meant that I don't think a thirteen-year-old would be writing in anything at all.

And if they somehow had the job, it would have to be because they were good writers (or nepotism, but I'm ignoring that, it's rather a ridiculous extreme in this case), and a good writer isn't going to be writing in tons of nudity. Especially when it has zero bearing on the plot.

 

It was more a joke that the show seems to be at every opportunity showing female nudity, instead of just part of a romance scene or a scene that makes sense to have nudity in it. Almost like bad fan fiction no sense in the scene its just female nudity for the sake of female nudity.

 

You're right. There needs to be more frivolous male nudity as well.

 

I'd rather have no nudity that didnt make sense
