Eggs do tend to cover a multitude of culinary sins.
I don't distinguish between breakfast/lunch/supper foods. I just eat what sounds good (or is convenient) at the moment.
I will be one of those parents who grills brats while drinking beer at 5:30 in the morning in the snow somewhere in WI before the kids start playing hockey at 6.
