Coca-Cola

I have a stinking sinus infection and my ears are infected too. Plus, my glands are swollen. So, now I can hardly bare to drink Coca Cola cause it hurts so much!! THE HORROR!

 

Ouch...and I thought I didn't feel good during the last week...

 

But Coke was originally a medication, it's good for you! Try it flat, it'll hurt less.

Don't get me wrong, I play sports, just not WELL. I'm terrible at all sports. Except air hockey and team foozball.

 

I'm okay at baseball and that's about it. Anything else, I'll either watch once in a while or just ignore. That's why I go to the weightroom in gym class. Gets me out of having to play basketball. I can just hang around, not doing much except talking to my friends and lifting some weight. A good way to spend an hour.

 

I'm good at Ping Pong!!

I can play baseball, but I'm not that great at it. Everything else...forget it. Although, I can do tennis, but for me keeping hte ball in the court is all a matter of luck.

 

What about Smashball? You should try racketball, Grl, no court. We have a small weight room in the gym, but I'm content to just sleep on the bleachers or do my homework or something.

 

Our weight room's good for doing homework in. As long as you mix it with a little weight lifting.

 

We hae a very small, very cramped room with only 2 benches and some assorted free weights, a big ol' leg machine and a squat thingy.

 

Ours is dominated by an old universal gym thing, has two odd bikes, three places to bench press, some Nautilus stuff, and a large number of free weights.

 

The weight room at our school was pretty well equipped. You could probably work pretty much any muscle in that place...but, its been so long since I've been in there that I don't remember what type of machines we have. There is a good variety of things though.

Racketball...yeah, I'd probably give myself a concussion, cause I'd get lucky and bounce the ball right at my head.

 

Then you can sue the court owner!

 

How did this get from Coke to weightlifting?

 

Bib mentioned drinking Coke while at sporting events, and it got to weightlifting somehow.

I could sue the court owners. But, I think I'd like to skip the concussion part. Been there and done that.

It is, JEdiGrl. Pointless posting is amazing, isn't it? But, back on topic, I think that we're out of Coke in the Reese household tonight. Or any other soda, for that matter.

 

I think we still have some Coke left...but we are running pretty low. It will be time for a grocery store run soon!

I've been drinking lemonade instead to tide myself over until we get to the grocery store. Its good lemonade though, so I don't mind.

 

Lemonade is good. We actually had some. I guess that we ran out just before some was bought, and I didn't notice when the new soda came in.

 

I think I want some Sprite too. I'll have to tell the parents to get Sprite when they go out. And LOTS of Coca Cola!

 

Always a good combination.
