As far as I'm aware, their practices aren't as wasteful in regards to water usage, although I might be wrong (I saw it in a documentary probably about 7-10 years ago).
What I do know is that coke are vehemently anti-union and have had several human rights abuse lawsuits against them for the treatment of their workers in their bottling partner's plants in Guatemala and Columbia. They have a practice of firing workers if they join unions or intimidating them by hiring mercenaries.
So I tend to steer clear of anything that's bottled by them.
Pepsi is probably not much better, but they haven't yet got a website dedicated to keeping track of all their human rights abuses so I consider that a plus one for them.

It's pop, not soda. Soda is carbonated water.

Pepsi all the way. I drank Coke for years, but they must have remixed it or something, because the "classic" stuff now leaves a weird almond taste in my mouth.
