LA, CA Collecting is emotional chaos remembered in tranquility.

Well when I went to the Sideshow website I only found the small one which is in the same scale as their 12inch figure line. I thought that was too expensive of a price for something so small so I thought I wasn't reading it correctly and that there was a large piece out there but just could not find it. A larger human sized set would be nice that way you could actually play it.

 

At Disneyland last week we picked up the "tater" versions of Luke, Leia, Han, and someone else. I forgot though.

My friend was there recently and said a guy bought about 70 of the Fett one. My sister was buying the collection for a friend, and dude wouldn't spare one.

 

Very uncool.

 

I got some nice beauties today. The Darth Vader lights up! You can't see it in the picture but it is so purty.

I recently got a Vader watch, an exclusive, one of 300 apparently. It's really nice. I also got a cool multipurpose R2. I have something else but I'm waiting for APL to come back before I post a pic of it.

I saw a new (to me) shirt in Hot Topic today: It says Support Your Troops and has a bunch of stormtroopers on it. Very cool.

I've also been pin collecting lately. My latest one being a "Tatooine Express" one for Star Tours.

Hey I've always collected pins. Just not rabidly. You wanna make fun of someone make fun of a certain Jersey-born person who posts here occasionally who may or may not have bought over 20 pins recently all in one spree.

 

I got the new vader fx saber couple days ago. Totally forgot I'd ordered it in like October.

 

I actually have a bunch of the Star Wars Disney pins but not many of the others unless I like the attraction. I even have those locking pin backs to prevent them from falling off.

 

Now that's being a pin nerd.

 

Oh I saw that certain nerds pins. He spoke about them with such joy and enthusiasm.

This morning, while having breakfast, I watched Rebelscum's coverage of the 2008 Toy Fair. I looked mainly at the video of the Gentle Giant stuff. Lately I've really been wanting to display more of my pieces. I've been looking at the cases at IKEA and will probably be buying one or two or three in the next few months.
