LA, CA Collecting More Than Dust - Return of the Collecting Thread

Where did the collecting thread go? Anyway, my latest Yoda was brought to me from Disneyland - it's the Stitch mash-up, and really quite cute! I really want one of those R2 Fish Tanks though...

 

I have to find a Scuba Trooper. That and the Space trooper from way back when are a few of the trooper variations I don't have.

 

I think GG has stopped making new statues. I haven't received anything from them in a long time. Probably a good thing that I don't look though because if I did I would surely buy and I really don't want to. I have enough for now I think.

 

I recently picked up this X-wing kite at Target. It's really cool! It's a bit expensive, but it looked so awesome, I had to buy it!

 

Can you post a picture? I would love to see it. I guess I could if it's online. Do they have a TIE fighter too?

 

They have Darth Vader's Tie Fighter and a Millenium Falcon kite too. They're cool! $25.

 

I have not been collecting too much lately. But in my company store I found a couple of really cool Star Wars shirts for JY and me.

Have you guys seen the AT-AT boombox? It looks oldschool.

 

I want to see the boom box! That sounds awesome.

I have a windfall of Disney Dollars and am thinking of going on a buying spree at Dland soon.

Oh, I did get the Star Wars fandex or something like that recently. It's pretty neat.

I've seen some new books too.

 

I really need to dust my Yoda collection. I wish I had a glass case!

 

I wish I had a dedicated room for my stuff. I need to catalog it to see what I have.

 

Speaking of dust for just a moment: ever notice how when you remove a tissue from the tissue box a little cloud of tissue particles/dust flies up? That doesn't help. I'm allergic to dust so using a tissue actually makes things worse! It's a conspiracy I tells ya!

 

They have a new display case at IKEA, Granemo, it's like 500 bucks, but it's got sliding glass doors. I might get one to display my LEGO sets in.
