I took updated photos of my collection today and put them into a spiffy slideshow: Clickeroo!
Very nice collections everyone It is nice to see the diversity and uniqueness in the collections.
Got some photos of my shrine rebuild in progress - clickeroo!
The URL is blocked for me here at work. I will have a look when I get home
Nice! Looks like it's coming together .
A long way to go, but here's my vintage collection so far. All my other stuff is packed way until I move and I must say it sucks.
DarthMak that's a good start!
I posted more photos of my collection.
Sweet collection !!!
Pretty good! I'd hate to have to dust that lot tho..
Usually I don't mind dusting it - when I get around to it, it usually means that I'm adding something new to the shelf or I've figured out a new way to display everything
I'm trying not to overstuff my shelves. Partially because if they get too busy you can't see much on them, but also I've got a puppy who's obsessed w/ plastic, so unless they're under glass, my 3 3/4" figures are going into storage for now.
Hey guys - so other than needing to pull some stuff out of storage to make a few of my surrounding shelves more interesting, most of my stuff that I can display is out on display! I need to now work on getting my posters up and I need one more Billy. But beyond that my office/shrine is nearly all unpacked!

A few samples ahead...
I wish I had that much room to display figures. Unfortunately most of my room is taken up by books.
Thanks Mike! Now we need to see YOUR pics!
Haha - I have books in the closet so I can display stuff on the bookcases
Some updated shelf pics w/ my Black Series figures added: Clickeroo!
I need to get around to taking pics of my collection. I keep my action figures in a box, so they're not displayed, and the bulk of my collection are books. It's quite sparse compared to the collections posted.
Yeah but you're also pretty new to collecting - I've been collecting since day one with 36 years behind me of hunting and gathering of goodies. It's not the quantity of the collection, it's the passion that goes into putting it together. Small, focused collections can be every bit as cool as large ones
Here's some photos, then. They're not much, just what I currently have on display. Most of my figures are stored away in boxes, and I usually don't hang up any of my art, because the longer I look at it, the more mistakes I see, and the more I hate the image. I'm still getting the rest of my items out of storage, and am looking for more shelves.
My collection is also a mishmash of other stuff.
Very nice start there!
Stupid ImageShack. Here's the image itself.
I like having the figures behind glass. I may need to do that. My collection is packed up as I will be moving soon. I really need to find a new way to display them. There are some great ideas here though.
Detolf's from IKEA - at $69.99 each they're a bargain and they're extremely durable. I've moved them twice and never got a scratch on either of the 2 that I have. My dogs constantly bash into them when they're wrestling around in my office and they don't budge. They look great all lined up together.
I'm really glad there's a thread for this already. Great pictures everyone, though I'm a little surprised there isn't more activity in this thread.
I just took these, the first bunch are from my vintage Star Wars collection I just started this year. Here's what I have already:
Ben Kenobi (2 alternate face molds)
Death Star Droid
Death Star Space Station (with trash compacter monster)
The Story of Star Wars cassette tape
Bespin Fatigues Luke
Death Star Commander
Emperor's Royal Guard
The Empire Strikes Back Atari game instruction manuel
Return of the Jedi Atari game instruction manuel
Jedi Arena Atari game instruction manuel
The Empire Strikes Back Burger King glass (Darth Vader)
Return of the Jedi Burger King glass (Vader/Luke/Emperor)
Darth Vader (12")
Nice collection! I'm jealous of the Death Star playset - that's ranked high on my list of items I want to pick up. I wanted it and an AT-AT desperately when I was a kid. He's in rough shape but it looks like you have the much coveted small head Han Solo (unless he came from the Kenner/Hasbro anniversary set.) If he's all original congrats, they're really hard to get!
