the entry price for this one is perfect, and apollo creed will be there!! there is no-one else ATM i would be interested in seeing, apart from all you guys. getting there would be the difficult bit.

I missed her at the collectormania she attended (big queue), didnt think i would get another chance to see her!

 

Yeah. I'm a big Rocky fan and he's the one drawing me there too. Plus the one I really want to meet is free. You guys!

And if someone would meet me somewhere that would help me a lot. It will be a strange place when I arrive so it would be greatly appreciated. It don't matter if no one wants to, but I will probably get lost.


Ooooooo, LAAFC looks cool! Carrie Fisher and two main LOST characters. I'll see into that too.

 

Anyone got any ideas activity wise?

Only thing I can think of is if we went to Starbucks or Costa or something.

 

Yea, i think this time we should try and do something, dunno what though.

I think most people will want to stay around the actuall event and not stray too far, so a nice friendly drink somewhere near would be quite good.

Just need to find somewhere big enough to accomadate all of us!

 

Well, John Lewis is huge, but its also noramlly very full, Starbucks is quite big and not too far...and Costa's a bit too tiny I think.

 

I will certainly be able to catch a cup of tea with everyone if that's what we go for.
Costa's always seems to be very busy, so Starbucks sounds good to me or anywhere else that's quietish at the time.

WOW!!! The LFCC is looking good already. I'll most likely be going to that one too and is more local for me

 

I was thinking of coming down for the LFCC this year too. I might have a word with some friends in London and see if they can put me up

Well, we all met up, chatted for a few minutes, then went to take group photos, then dispersed. Thrilling stuff huh?

Been to just about every one of these at MK and the only problems are that with it being a free event (unlike say Memorabilia at NEC or the London Film and Comic Con) and it being stuck in the middle of a mall is that you get tons of casual people meandering around the stalls congesting the aisles, people pushing massive pushchairs through thinking they have right of way, screaming kids, weekend sightseers, etc. etc. Apart from that... it's a cool event.
