The fire place sence in ATOC I felt was good with color and symbolism. I know it's the one sence probably in the entire saga where you either hate it or love it. But if you notice how their siting you have Padme near the fireplace and Anakin is further away from the fire place. The fire place could represent the light side and the rest of the room is dark with the dark side.
Now this sence is where Anakin pours out his feelings to Padme and talks about how he is pretty much totally in love with her, which is forbbiden for a Jedi. Padme refuses and talks some sense in to him. When she does she is standing closer to the fire place and Anakin has went further away in to the darkness. Then there is that final look Anakin gives Padme it always made me feel this shows Anakin slippin in to the darkside. Anyway I always felt that sence was great even though it got tons of negative feedback.
