1. Hitch, Laroca, Finch, Mcniven, Dursema, Rubi, Kuberts, Bagley

2. Iw ould have to ssay Hitch or Laroca.

3. Bagley, he's a good artist and he's very quick.

4. This probably depends on the personality and experiance of the people involved. I think as a writer you would be a fool to not listen to suggestions from guys like Oeming, Cho, and Quesada. All of them have written comics as well as drawn them. I also imagine that long running teams like Ostrander and Dursema and Bendis and Bagley have a lot of give and take in their relationships.
