Does anyone know of a list of almost all the exclusive figures/items that will be available at Con this year? I only know of three: 1) The Silver Boba fett, 2) The Gentle Giant bust of Boba and 3) Keldor from the Masters of the Universe collection.

I would like to get them all, but I am usually stuck at my desk until 3pm each day. I need to know so I can try and arrange something with a person or multiple people.

I think I am going to do a DarthBrian this year myself. My friends on the collecting forum have been talking about these exclusives for months and months. It is two per person right? Well... I guess this is one occassion when having three kids can come in handy. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

 

yeah.. i got whitney's badge to use as well... using kids is pretty low.. imagine a line of kids with their $20 asking for two figures...and then seeing them give them all to their mom at the end of the line.. what would the counter person think....

light sabers with blade on them and blaster are NO PROBLEM, as long as
you dont sword fight and get CAUGHT!!!! Notice keyword "GET CAUGHT"!!!!
Blasters dont point them at convention staff, security, or OFF DUTY
OFFICERS "ODO"'S and you wont have a problem regardless. Any security
recomendations I need to know about ASAP or if you have something that
you think might be banned, you must let me know ASAP so I can advise
security and apporve it. Whatever it is it is approved as long as I know
about it 2 weeks prior. There is only one thing that is banned to my
knowledge. Its the british sterling type of blaster. Those replicas will
not be allowed. You will be asked to leave if you have one, or told to
put it in your car. So please use a regular sci fi or kenner blaster.

Con exclusives:
There is a Lord of the Rings exclusive two pack of Twilight Ringwaith and Twilight Frodo that's supposed to be available. One of the first things I'm looking for! It's supposed to be the same Frodo that is only out as 1 per 12 cases and going for $50+ on ebay and there are only a handful at any time.

this is not private club info....i was told to tell anyone about this, so there is not confusion. I know the head of security this year and have spoken about certian things...besides noithig in that message was directed soley at scg members. I am thinking it would be helpfull for all to know the rules BEFORE they get to the con, so they can plan effectivly

should the SDSWS have/sponsor panels during comic-con...

a few ideas:
1. premiere of Shadows IN the Sand
2. lounge panel (combined with all other SW on internet groups, tf.n, etc.. where people can meet up with others from their favorite SW sites) -- basically providing a room and a time for this
3. trivia competition
4. how-to-set-up-a-SW-society
5. prop-building cheap workshop!
6. fans gripe about SW.
