Comic-Con 2006

    This would be my second year at Comic Con San Diego so I was hoping if any of the IE members would like to come with me this year, if you have costumes that would be great, I be a Rebel Trooper so we dont have too many Stormtroopers out on floor. Now I live in some place called Murrieta so im perty close to San Diego, i'll give more info when the time comes near, so lets exspose the IE at Comic-Con this year.

    It would be great for him to bne here early July sow e can go again for the second year. Last year was awesome and so was the story the San Diego tribune did on us.

    Is anybody planning on going this year?

    It would be good is someone from the IEFF can give a helping hand at the Pacific Region Fan Force Table. We're going to put flyers there this year. The table was run solely by the San Diego group last year and I know they would love some help at the table this year.

    I'm not an official IEF member yet, but I'm planning on going to my first meeting on June 6th. My son and I will be at the Comic-Con for all 4 1/3 days (Wednesday Preview night included). We can't wait! Here are some pictures from last year, including the prize package I won from 3 Day Blinds.

    Just as a reminder for anyone going to comic con:

    The San Diego Fanforce each year hosts the FanForce dinner at Comic Con. We are holding it Wednesday evening after the convention hall closes at the Greek Islands Cafe in Seaport Village. Everyone is welcome to attend (and if you don't like Greek food, there's a pizza place next door!). :D No RSVP needed; just show up! :D
