Whoa, great pics! Did you break the button on the camera after clicking it 121 times!
Ain't digital cameras great!!!!
The button is okay, but I went through 3 sets of batteries!
Great pics JediFan77. Yes I will make you a copy of the G4 show. From what a friend told my husband at work, he was there on Friday and said there were a lot of Star Wars costumes. Did you get to meet ObiShawn at the FF table. He is a great friend and has his car done up Star Wars style?
Talk with you later, and thank you for the info on the meeting.
Hey, all! I've finally gotten a moment to chime in about this year's Comic-Con. For me, it gets better every year. It was five very intense days of fun and excitement. With Preview Night, the Star Wars Action News Dinner, Rebel Legion Breakfast, Master Replicas Party, Fan Club Breakfast, shows, seminars, panels, and shopping. I even got to eat at the famous Kansas City BBQ joint down the street...and meet JediFan77.
I've never seen Preview Night so busy. It was a sign of the crowds yet to come. I have a friend involved in Happy Tree Friends, so I attended that panel and saw their latest three episodes, which will premier soon on G4 TV (Channel 191 on Dish). I was able to see the incomparable legend, Stan Lee, at a Spider-Man panel, and many actors from the Superman movies at a Superman panel--including director Richard Donner. They showed new scenes from the November release of Superman II - The Richard Donner Cut, the way the movie was meant to be seen. The film's new opening and a terrific new scene with Lois and Clark left us howling...and wanting more.
Of course, there was the Star Wars Spectacular, which (to be honest) wasn't all that spectacular. I didn't get to see the Snakes on a Plan panel, but some friends of mine got to interview Sam Jackson. You can hear their interview along with a podcast here that nicely covers Comic-Con, and includes interviews with Acme Archives, Master Replicas, Hasbro, and more.
I was also able to attend seminars on the PSP, new Lord of the Rings video news, podcasting, and more. My volunteering stints at the Rebel Legion and San Diego tables rounded out my busy weekend. I too have many pictures, and plan to get them posted by sometime this weekend. After finally getting a full night's sleep, I almost feel human. Now I just gotta go through aaaalllll the bags of swag. Maybe this weekend. Hope to see more of you at Comic-Con next year!
Did anybody happen to run into this slightly familiar face?
I'm happy to say that I missed her.
here's the link to thepics I took at comic con...enjoy
The link didn't work. Gotta try it again... please!

Yep, it's working. I'm stealing pictures as I write this. Thanks, they're great!!! And you can hardly even see the green tinge in your face in most of them.
oh aren't you just precious...
So I've been told!
Sorry Kari no pics yet, but I had a great time

Nah, i'm ingoring them
Yeah, checked them out, they are great!
Roll on 2007 for the Transformers film!
This one is quite funny compared to the other article.
Do you think he saw this guy?
Loving this one....
No, I think I missed that guy, however, I was unfortunate enough to see this guy!
I applaud his... nerve.
Yikes! My Eyes, My Eyes!
I think my C-IV costume will even be better then that one!
Actually, this should be in the COMIC-CON 2007 thread, but I thought it might be too early to create it! I just made reservations at the Hilton for next July. It runs the 25-29 next year. I wanted the Marriott, but it's already sold out for those days. Amazing!
Hey JF....PM me the going rate please
I'll love you forever! (We def. need a room...too many costumes!)
You don't want to know the prices. Just thinking about it makes me gasp. clutches throat gasping
