Pacific Comic Con International - Pac Region Fan Force Table Volunteer Sign-Up!!!

This year at Comic Con Int'l, Pac Region Fan Force & San Diego Fan Force will be sharing a table up on the Mezannine. It's pretty much exactly like the table at CIV: just a place to hang out and tell people about Fan Force.

I don't have Wednesday's hours yet, but here's Thursday-Sunday. The shifts are an hour long (take 2 at a time, if you want!).


Exhibitors Badges

I have the ability to buy three extra exhibitors badges with the table. If you would like one, PM me. They are $65 a piece and I will need the money up front asap. NOTE: I'm only going to allow people who I know will actually work the table and won't abuse the pass/haven't abused them in the past to get one.

I'd like to be the first to volunteer my lovely self to bring in the ladies! I could do Thursday 2-3p and maybe 3-4p if needed.

 

Ah Comic Con... if I were going, I'd totally volunteer.

 

After looking over the schedule, I will theoretically be available Wednesday, Thursday until mid-afternoon, Friday until mid-afternoon, and Sunday all day. I'd be happy to occupy some slot that's not filled until later in the game (say early next week). My availability might change if I find something I've overlooked, of course... but anyway, I'll keep tabs on this one, and try to make plans to work the table a bit.

 

I can do a couple hours on Wednesday night.

Miana, I can do 7-8 p.m. on Wednesday night. I don't have a costume or anything, so I don't know what's required...if I just have to smile and hand out information, that I can easily accomplish...

Is it too late to change my time from 12-1 and not 2-3?

 

Okay, Miana, since I haven't heard a thing from you either on this board or in PM regarding confirming time slots for this table, I am rescinding my offer. I have extended a bonafide offer to help since 7/19, and have heard nothing confirmatory since. Sorry, but I have other persons requesting my presence at social functions on Wed evening, and I am accepting those instead. What a shame this couldn't be confirmed.

Sorry, I've been at my parents place for three days sewing and haven't had time to update the list, let alone get online seeing as I've been up until 1-2am each day sewing and beading. God forbid people should have real lives away from the internet.
