I leave two weeks from today, so I was hoping we could start finalizing some plans. My thoughts were dinner and AOTC (hopefully digital ) afterwards on Friday, June 7th.

How many would be interested?

Are you just going to be in Phoenix for the one day?

No. I arrive in Phoenix on the 1st. I will meet up with family. Some I have met, some I haven't. Then my mom and I (and possibly a cousin) will head out to the Grand Canyon. We will spend a few days out in the area and then return to Phoenix on Wednesday I believe. My Phoenix family is Mormon, and the reason we are going to AZ is because one of my cousins is being baptized, and as a result, a lot of my mom's side of the family will be in Phoenix. My mom and I are not Mormon, but since her family is scattered throughout the West, it made a good time to see everyone.

I like meeting family, but look forward to meeting SW fans as well.

Yay! More peoples! Where is the Queen though?

I was mistaken on what I said yesterday. I thought we left on Saturday the 1st, but that isn't correct. That's just the day I had to book to take my cat to the vets where he will stay while we are away. We actually arrive on Sunday the 2nd. Not that that matters for this or anything.

The Queen is here... well, actually, only in type. I'm in Salt Lake City this week, seeing family and gettin' some rest after these past 2 weeks. But I check on the boards when I can.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO FLAGSTAFF!! I was stuck there for 2 years, and if there is such a place as hell on earth, it's it.
It's like living in Twin Peaks, I kept waiting for a midget to walk up to me and start talking backwards. If you have out of state license plates, It guarantees you a ticket from the local Police. They know that you won't fight it and just pay.
