So Pierce's 'wake' was a very flat episode I think.
A little bit of character development perhaps, but annoying that essentially the whole episode was spent in the study room.

It wasn't all that different from the paintball episodes, but I liked it.

it was pretty fun. the show has just gotten increasingly goofy to the point where when it tries to hit the more heartfelt notes i have a hard time investing in them like i did in the first couple seasons. and it's been trying to hit those notes a lot this season.

The first Labyrinth reference made me chuckle. The second Labyrinth reference had be struggling to breathe from laughing.

Okay, I'm not all the way caught up, but I binged Season 4, and actually kind of liked it. It wasn't overall as funny as I remember previous seasons of Community being a bit funnier, a bit edgier, and a bit darker. But overall, I enjoyed it.

I've only gotten to watch the first episode of Season 5, and that was just alright for me. It does seem a bit darker, and the only joke I adored was the Zach Braff one. But I'll keep watching. Wondering how the show'll do without Troy though.

I'm guessing it will be a running background gag, probably Captain Phillips-type parody.

Here I was hoping to start watching this show on Netflix...and it's not available there. :( Anyone know why?

Because Sony produces the show and they don't have a deal with (the U.S.) Netflix. It's only available on Hulu Plus in the United States.

Was quite flat. Too many independent stories, with the Abed one the only one showing any promise. I would have been quite happy with more of that with only the Chang parts as a subplot.

I approved of the Logan's Run pastiche. Possibly a lot.

I really liked this episode. Mitchell Hurwitz as Koogler was hilarious. I hope he comes back.

At the beginning I was wondering where I recognized him from. I had heard Hurwitz was going to be a guest star, but I guess I had kind of forgotten what he looked like.

i'm a little surprised that no one is talking about this last episode. i thought it was the best one since season 3. jim rash absolutely stole the show. in fact he's pretty much saving this season. the payday rap from the week before was one of the best things on community ever.

I was hoping for some fantasy elements / effects that never really eventuated. Looks like the April 3 episode will make up for that though...

Sony produces Breaking Bad, though, and that's on Netflix.

Gonna start watching this, now. I've heard a lot of good things.
