Buff, NY Compass House at E.C.F. - ALL APPEARANCES CANCELLED

What: Appearing in costume at the Compass House table inside an air conditioned building during this year's fair.
When: Various dates from August 9-19
Times: Various
Where: Hamburg Fairgrounds

I contacted CH to see if they'd be interested and they are excited to have us. They need to run this by the Fair Committee for approval but would be happy to have us out. The current plan would be to pose for pictures for a donation to CH.

Various dates and times are needed a well as some non costumed help.

More details will follow later this week, but I wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Please post your interest as well as any dates and times you can think that you'd like to appear.

We are NOT available on August 14th due to the previous North Ridge event at the Library, and Janice is not available whatever Monday falls in that range of dates.

Other than that we can be there.

 

I'll let you know, but I can do a day or two on a weekend...

This is the time that my next show is supposed to be going on.

I know the 17-19 are definitely out for me. When they lock the dates down for sure I'll know more but I know those three nights I can't do anything.

What about a place to change or store our stuff? I don't know how much room CH will have at their table. How many costumes would they want if space is limited?
Would this include admission, parking, both, neither?

I'm hoping to hear back from CH first. I sent another email last night and updated the address to the possibility that it may have changed to a roadrunner account. Keep your fingers crossed.

A place to change shouldn't be a problem. Their table is set up in an AC controlled building this year.

 

I heard back from CH and they are thrilled to have us help out at the Fair. I will be in contact again in the next day or so, but need times people are available.

Please post what day(s) and time(s) you are available to help out at the CH table at the fair so that I can create a schedule to give to CH. Costumers and non costumers in NR shirts are needed.

I need responses ASAP please.

 

Aside from the library event,
Janice is not free Monday evenings.

So, we are both available August 15 (Wed), 17 (Fri), 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun).

 

We could help on the 9th or 10th...and the 12th

 

I'm good on the weekends, carpooling would work best for me...

 

any day for me, evenings are best. I work overnights.
