Buff, NY Compass House at E.C.F. - ALL APPEARANCES CANCELLED

I hate to do this, but I am going to cancel the Saturday August 11 appearance.

I've been having a tough time getting in touch with CH and we don't have many people available.

 

They don't call you back? ...or replying email?

 

This is disappointing. I was hoping, somehow, that we could make this happen.

Saturday is cancelled. As of right now, the other appearance dates are on (Aug 15 and either Aug 18 or 19).

I called last night and left a voicemail, but have not heard back. Something tells me that this may get shelved until next year.

I can only offer our help so much without getting replies back.

Maybe they've been spending all their time at the fair and not in the office?

 

Still no reply from phone messages oe email.

Unless I hear differently today, the appearances are cancelled.

 

That stinks...I guess my streak of not going to the fair can add another year to it.....

 

Wow, that is really bad to not even respond to us after all we have done. Cannot say you have not tried Chris! I am marking Wednesday off my calander.

 

We were at the fair yesterday, and couldn't locate Compass House anywhere. They were well hidden.

No Jenn, we didn't go.

We were at the fair yesterday and CH was exactly where I thought they would be (Health Building in front of the AgriCenter). There was plenty of space inside that we could have utilized and I'm sure the volunteers at the other tables would have liked to see more traffic coming through the building.

Oh well...

On a lighter note, I bumped into Ken at the Conservation Building, then again at the sting ray exhibit.
