I have a GeForce 7600GS and I need something better. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money but I do need something that's better. There are games out now that specifically list my card as not being good enough. It doesn't have to be that much better than what I've got but it needs to be enough to make it worth buying.

 

whats your budget and what kind of games are you wanting to play?

 

£50 is probably not going to get me much, but I'd rather not go higher and I won't go about £100. I'm mostly into FPS and RPG. I do play some RTS as well though.

I have a GeForce 9500GT. It came with the PC I got so I don't know how much it would be on it's own.
Even the most recent games I have purchased will work on the 9500.

 

the 9500 dhipset will play upto crysis but in a lowish res, the 9800 would be better.

I play games in 1280*1024 as that's my monitor resolution, I don't see the point in going higher as I'm not really going to notice any difference.
