You kids all drive carefully. See ya there.
Holy Carp! That's a lot of stuff!
Just got everything loaded, and we should be able to take off w/ little effort in the morning. Of course... I still need to pack my clothes
Netheryl and I are still an early afternoon departure......Most likely see you in Indy on Wed
All done and ready for a little sleep before hittin' the road in the AM
Have a safe trip everyone.
I'm sitting here waiting for everyone so we can load up and move out!
Apparently, there is a slight delay in departure, so it's back to the office for a few.
Too hopped up on coffee right now to try and sleep....
Insert Grouchy CR here.
take care of my stuff.
see ya there
Gotta a call from them this morning. at the time they were about 1/2 hour away. by now the geeks should have arrived.
Phase 1 one of the geeks taking over has started.
WE HAVE ARRIVED!!!!
Well, most of us anyway COS ran into some car trouble, and is still making the trek. And a few people have yet to land, but mostly, we are here...
Most of them are down in the manager's reception right now, getting an early start.
I am sitting in a room waiting for cyodarun & StarBlazer to arrive so we can all check in.
The X-Wing is mostly assembled and waiting for COS to arrive w/ the last parts... While hyperdyne is out there right now getting the little fella ship shape again
Any word from COS? Is he OK?
Kevin got in at about 3 am last night, i was told.
Have fun driving back through Kansas!
got a call a little while ago. they are back in the state! no more awe inspiring views of kansas.
The bulk of the caravaners have returned... I believe there is only one speeder left to arrive
Now, off to sleep
BTW-Got in by 2AM local time
I drove my car the entire way there and back....
Time for a little sleep...
Hooray for a safe return!!!
glad you guys made it home safe.
DM and I are home. COS and Brent are en route to the Springs.
Great to hear that news FD.
Thanks Jim! We hope you had a good flight! How's R2? As we know he was a little "drunk" on his way back to the hotel!
Sorry for the scare when we ran out of gas! Now I know for sure I have a 20 gallon tank. And damned good thing I invested in AAA and a gas can before we left!
One radiator was harmed in the making of this trip. If the Jiffy Lube people would have actually bothered to do the radiator flush like I paid for, they would have noticed the clog and I would have had it replaced before we left.
At least I now know 'The big green beast' is a LOT more reliable than she looks.
Despite the minor mechanical setbacks that nobody could have foreseen, we got there and back with everyone and everything intact! Oooooh Raaaaah!
