Hey everyone, I've been here, just been lurking. My participation depends on which three days (not moving up there until Sept. 1) and if I could get any help with the costuming. I've been putting a Jedi one together, never really considered a Sith But I'd be glad to help in other ways if I could. (i.e. Assistant to the cast "Yes, Lord Vader", "right away, FN!")

hey guys, i got an idea for a location. i was on my way to my dad's house and was passing through the mountains on the way to clear lake, and thought the mountains might be a good place to film. it looks pretty bleak, with dry, brown grass and scattered trees on a buncha hills. it'd probably take and hour or two to drive to, though...

 

crutag yup, got the PM. I will try and work that into the saber. I have a couple of ideas right now, so I could work that part into it.

Elvish I used to drive highway 20 to Clear Lake and Ukiah every other day for a few years. I know exactly where you are talking about. Down highway 16, they a couple of camp grounds called Chache Creek capmgrounds down there. They are nice too.

 

Couldn't the location be Starbucks or Baskin Robbins?

 

Surrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeee, we could call it - Attack of the Coffee's.

 

Elvish_Jedi That could be a cool idea but after a long hard day of work I don?t know if people would want to deal with a long drive. We will need to shoot from 9:00am to 4:30pm. Plus the longer the drive the less likely people will show up on time, if even at all!

If it doesn't interfere with school, I'd be willing to try the Sith Knight part...I have limited sword experience from a production of Macbeth a while back.

There are some nice locations around Davis, too, since, well, there's nothing out here. hehe. Lake Berryessa should have a bunch of good places to film.
