Answer:
Otolla - They make up the majority of the Gungan Population. Example: JarJar and Tarpals.
Ankura - Do not have the eyestalks, long ears, or bills. Example: Boss Nass

Mmmm... one small detail : do you mean the ones that are on the DVD ? Because there are only 5 out of the existing 8 on it.

Only the five. The other ones on the Official Site are not really tone poems. They are narrated by some woman. So just the five on the DVD
