i know titles kinda wierd but....
anyways i thought this would be a good place to post all events and such
like if you have a pary post it here!

and my first is COMIC-CON
any one going?
and i have some secret info on CELEBRATION 4 that you may not have but i dont think i can tell yas for a while............ (ive known this info for a while)

nice thought .. but we post a separate thread for each event as we begin planning it.. certainly if you want to just say an event is happening you could post it in an all inclusive thread.. but it would get too confusing to discuss individual events in the same thread. by all means though use this thread for posting information on events that are coming up..

and my fan force is already discussin it (comic-con=huge so gettin costumes ready and stuff/booth all that good stuff)

 

To answer your question, not many comic/sci-fi/horror/fantasy cons seem to roll through this part of the Southwest. At least not that I've heard about, lately.

I am totally in for the REN FAIR!!!!!! I have missed it for the past 3 years...and will make it. Mmmm turkey legg...

As far as Copper Con goes..I have never been to a convention..and after seeing Comic Book the Movie..I am not sure I want to..j/k If Jango is looking good by then..I would like to go.

 

You dress up as a decapatated bounty hunter waiving to people and getting pictures taken with strangers, afraid people will think you are a geek if you go to CopperCon?

 

I am up for both of these.. coppercon and ren fair.. though the ren fair I was thinking of is the one in apache junction starting this month. however.. as with anything money is an issue.. so it will depend on how much it takes to get in on whether or not we attend. we do want to though for sure.

 

i am going to coppercon again this year as well,because i will be moved out there so its only a drive,not a drive and a flight like it was last year.

 

Thats it then, road trip to CopperCon! Ill start a thread for it...
As far as the Ren Fair, Michele wants to go as a family, so I dont know if I can get away to go as a group, we'll have to see when would you guys want to go?

 

it is undecided yet when we will go.. the last few years we always went on Pres day.. but this year I will be in Arkansas on that Monday.. so the date is up in the air at this time... as Jake has to take a day off for us to go.. or trade a day with someone.

 

CopperCon sounds good to me but I'm a bit passive on the Ren thing, I did it last year and it was OK, but just not that interesting to me.
