Wish I could, but it is not physically possible.

 

oh well.. we can toss it around a bit.. I would love to do it.. but would have to be enough of us to make it reasonable enough to afford.. gas to get there would just about kill me.. but I could in fact give Jake's sis a call and see if she could put a few of us up for a day/night and save on that cost at least.. so it would just be tickets to the park, gas, and food.

well we missed leprecon (albeit the DSG didnt call us to attend) but they need bodies for Coppercon

 

OK, noob question here... when is Coppercon?

 

Don't "quote" me on it, but isn't Coppercon the event over the Labor Day weekend?

I just wanted to post in this thread to remind everyone to think of Mugen while he is out there giving the masses a good show at DragonCon, and to make sure we all hound him to death as soon as he gets back to post and post and post about all the fun times he had!! I for one am really looking forward to hearing all about DragonCon!!!

FOLKS, WE NEED TO BE AT TUS-CON (if at all possible)

Whatever helps sci-fi/fantasy in Tucson will help us too. This needs to be discussed at the meeting Sunday.

 

I am currently waiting to hear from the organizers of TusCon 33 on whether or not someone can attend our Sept meeting to discuss our participation in the Convention. I will keep you updated.

Oh Id bring sellable samples to since they have Star Wars miniature scheduled righ tafter our meeting, so more SW fans are going to be there!
