Just who are you calling a redneck?

I do not party in my front yard every night.
I do not take all my calls in the front yard shouting into the phone and balancing my Old Milwaukee.
I do not smoke dope in the front yard and run across the street chasing my pit bull that's
going after a child, a poodle, and a crazy woman.

That happened to me last night. My neighbors and I agree to avoid each other, well last night her dog decided to bolt after my child. We are going to have a little chat today before she's too bombed to understand me.

I honestly hope these people are not typical rednecks...

Jag4Me, that's war. My son and I were walking down Main street one day (years ago) when a stray dog came flying out of a yard and chased the poor terrified kid into the street. Thank GOD there were no cars at that time, because he would have been killed. I was so furious I called the cops.

Your dumb dog is not > my kid. Ever.

diva - I hear ya. This is not going to be pretty. This woman is one scary looking person but this was my child that has a compromised ammune system - a dog bite of any sort could have caused her so many problems. I doubt the darn thing has been vaccinated. She was so out of her mind that she won't recall what I told her last night so I plan on a chat later when they wake up. These people don't do anything but party and sit in the front yard year around.

They will put that dog in the backyard or chain it from now on. Mine was on a leash (as he should be!) and I just picked him up quickly. Thank goodness the child is really smart because it was dark out and I saw the damn thing running at us- I told her to run NOW and she did. She was thru the garage and in the house without looking back. She heard the barking and was crying by the time I got to the door but she did the right thing because she was dialing the phone already. I didn't call the police but I will get animal control out if my chat with her does not make a difference. My girl was so upset but she didn't question me and was calling for backup.
