ST Constable Zuvio

I like the contrast to the browns, it makes them recognizable at a glance. Perhaps that is a reason behind the colors.

 

I imagine the colors are a kind of uniform to identify them as law enforcement.

 

Am I the only one really creeped out by that picture?

Well, I'm not sure we're supposed to attracted to Zuvio, so that may be an appropriate response.

Perhaps not the best idea, but who knows...

 

I like the Boba Fett-esque colors of their armor/helmets.

Zuvio's face looks very CGI to me, but I don't really care one way or the other about that. Just an observation.

 

I hope he's a bumbling Frenchman, and his boss will always say "ZUVIOOOOOO!" while trying to kill him.

Give this guy a spin off.

I dig the Boba Fett color scheme. I'm more a fan of Zuvio's "officers" than Zuvio himself. I wonder if there will be figures for those guys.

 

His face is a prosthetic.

Yes, his face is practical. I'm guessing his eyes will blink with the aid of CGI. Maybe.

 

Practical effect, but gone over with cgi. You can tell also with the EW picture of the bird salesman we saw in force for change video. I'm starting to worry that it's going to look distracting.

 

How do all of you know his face is practical?

 

I think the photo has some weird filters. I'll be the looks more natural in the film, and that he's a combo of CGI and prosthetics

Love it! The design, face and the colour scheme nod to Boba (intentional?). Guess we're going to see this guy in action against not only our heroes but some invading First Order types when they start throwing their weight around?
I haven't seen or heard anything I haven't instantly taken a liking to about this film. Oh, apart from Finn and Phasma's voices when those bloody toys spoke.

 

Love the detailing and weathering on his armour. He looks practical to me though I'm sure they'll use animation on blinks etc.

 

I like the design a lot. It looks completely practical to me, and I don't think they've gone over it with CGI at all. I think that just might be a wonky magazine filter over the image; you saw that with the EW photos last week, and I don't expect it to stop now.

As for the Boba Fett colors, didn't whoever stole what's presumed to be Fett's acid-pitted armor at the end of Aftermath say that he was going to make himself the sole sheriff of Tatooine or something to that effect? Maybe that eventually led to a larger movement. It'd be a hilarious twist on the man's legacy if Fett's colors were synonymous with law and order in the Outer Rim at this point in time.

 

Love the design, love the execution of the armor, hate the execution of the face. It looks plasticy to me. In motion it may look better, I suppose.

 

I thought it looks like a very detailed mask. I assumed the scarf was to hid his mouth because they could not find a way to make it look convincing when he speaks.

 

I love the design of this character.
