    Well, we are running out of time so I decided to post this instead of the Bridge:

    Here are some pics to hold you until tommorrow (last day) where there will be textures and finished modelling.

    I don't know about the parts below the balcony--that reference picture is the only pic I have of that area and you can't really tell what's there--I may or may not put that part in there.

    Here's An updated colored image from Photoshop--The textured rendering didn't turn out so good so I'm going to try it differently.

    Ok, so Texturing still turned out bad--so consider this image the final image:

    Final Poly Count though was over 1,000,000.

    Maybe that's one of the reasons it's looks so good... 1 million polys.. not 100,000? It's really smooth, plus you rendered it funny too.
