You should ask that in the costume and props forum if you haven't already.

    Thank you goldleader23

I also recieved a great insight from Mike scott and a friend of
mine that worked on the real rangers who gave me
the feel of the tv show and what made it popular

    Many thanks for the reply

    Lou

Well, Sith-Man, what I would do is just make some pyramid-shaped cut-outs of white foam. Then, simple glue them to your actor's head with a hot glue gun.

Unless, of course, the spikes atop their heads will be seen in a close-up.

As for the tatoos on their faces, that shouldn't be a problem. Little face paint here, a little face paint there..

BTW: Watched Contract of Evil again. Love the decapition and when Darth Maul destroys the guy with the double-bladed yellow saber.

    Good stuff, goood stuff.

    Lou Here

    Just to let everyone know

I recently watched the film on the internet for the first time and can tell ~ALL~ of you that the imagery is either blown out or something isn't right with the download

I plan to take steps to ensure the best quality will be seen
    at all times

in the near future I plan to devise a way for you the fans
to recieve a free copy of the film at its best quality!
I also ask you to police the conventions and if someone is selling a bootlegged copy the film

let them know that isn't what ~ I ~ said they could do and
    ~you ~can have that copy for ~FREE!!~
or take it anyway and give it too a friend!

    all the best

    Lou

Hey Lou - I'd be really interested in getting Contract of Evil on DVD. Make sure you discuss "acceptable distribution" with Mike Scott before you post something here... it's usually a sensitive issue ;)

As for the colours on the web release... I suspect they've been suitably rendered for an NSTC monitor, as they look a little washed out online... televisions tend to have more contrast though, and may well display better.

    Thank you Jedi -Spiff
    for the tip

    what is acceptable distrabution?

figuring if your going to get a copy anyway
why get a funky copy from a convention when you can get the real thing
keep me posted and I will do my best on this end

    thank you

    Lou

    heres what you do:

Make your own DVD for yourself. Get people to send you a disk and postage charge. Burn the DVD to their disk and send it back.

    sounds like a good idea
now that being the case, will that cause any problems with
    the force .net ?
    again back to acceptable distrabution

Hey I was watching it, and I noticed you guys threw in a Darth Maul kick shot in twice. Looks like it was duplicated and threw in 10 seconds later. 8:55 and 9:09. Not that it is a bad thing. The kick rocks, and it looks awesome everytime.

    It was alright.

The editing could have been tighter. The makeup was good, the sabers looked okay.

    It was a beach!!!

Hello True Believers! ( like Stan Lee )

    This is Lou Klein
just saying I.m Officially signing off,

I thank you all for your wonderful comments and enjoyment of the film Contract of Evil
it has been my pleasure to correspond with you all

The time though has finally come for me to go and put my energies into another film and as some of you know
    needs full attention

check out some of the films friends of mine have done on Jeff centuries " everyone is kung fu fighting" DVD
I think some of you might enjoy ( at your local best buy and sun coast video).
I myself am planning on submitting a featurette to episode 4 of that series and again will put energy into the effects

but who knows I may be back with another star wars film in the future
as for "Contract of Evil " look for T B S around the first of the year and we will have updates and announcements on the websight

if some of you still would like to correspond with me
I will be checking the hotmail from the websight from time to time

all the best to you all and your dreams

    I Thank you

    Lou Klein

Assuming this is the main thread for CoE, I just wanted to say great film, I thought it was awesome. Great fight scene. When Maul force pulled his saber and put them together I was like "OH yes!"

Great movie. Like someone else already said, looked expensive.
