    Hi D_Q.
    A thread starter, excellent! :)
I like new threads because they load faster and are usually on topic, at least for a while.**
I guess long threads are okay too. They're conversations that have taken on a life and personality of their own.
    Keep on postin'

**Edit: What I mean by "on topic" is just that the conversation is related to the Subject line. ;)

    Welcome to the madhouse!

New people make me happy. Nothing is sadder than a deserted madhouse. :p

    Don't worry, once we get going we'll have more than enough madness to go around. 8-}

I cannot wait to the long weekend as I really need to get some extra sleep. Four hours of sleep every night is catching up with me.

Great job Tara! :) I'm just waiting around for noon. That's when I have to go into work. [face_worried] Yesterday was one of the worst days I've ever had. Hopefully today will go a lot better.

Same here, nice job on the essay.
My head's starting to hurt from trying to make some simulation software work. (Beats not having anything to do though)

    Great job, Tara! :)

    Tammy [face_love] long weekends!

Oh, and it's looking like I'm definitely coming to Woodstock, Amy. I don't care if my entire car blows up on the way. I just don't want to be here this weekend, lol.

Here I come again, Woodstock! :D

*groans INSANELY loud over the bad use of the word "turkey"*

    ;)

So, do your parents want me to bring Ben with me, since he's on my way? Or do they want to come and pick him up?

Oh, and I heard a rumor that Dave Lunn was going to your place for Thanksgiving as well...is that true?

So, what are everyone else's Thanksgiving plans?

Ah, Thanksgiving...really the only day of the year in which you are expected to "stuff" yourself silly ;)

    EDIT I: Fixing italics

EDIT II: Does anyone else have a problem with words they are trying to italize just simply disappearing from the message all together?

Hey Tam. Thanks for the offer of picking up Ben, but Mom wanted to go down to shop for a while, so they'll bring him up when they come home. As for the rumor of Dave Lunn coming here for Thanksgiving....this is the first we're hearing of it, but if it's true, Mom says the more the merrier and he's welcome to come too. There's a spare bedroom that he could stay in. Well, got to jet. Talk to ya later.

(Sorry for stepping over your message D_Q)
STL: I'm trying italics for the first time ... so it looks like it doesn't work for me either. (The word "here" doesn't appear)
    I can smile though :)
