Cooking and Liquid Nitrogen don't mix...

    A German Chef blew his hands up whilst experimenting using liquid nitrogen...

    I don't know if the chef knows this, but liquid nitrogen is VERY COLD... trust me, I have used it!

    use liquid nitrogen in a recipe while cooking at his girlfriend's mother's house in Stahnsdorf, near Berlin.

    Geez, boy. At least use a professional kitchen when trying professional stuff.:rolleyes:

    anyway, Liquid Nitrogen is cold, so I can't see how it will cook...

    I never used liquid nitrogen without gloves and safety glasses. Though one of my professors used to make homemade ice cream with it.

    We was told not to use gloves, because it is worse to get it in your gloves then just on the skin...
