Cool pic of Mace Windu.

I found this pic of Mace on the internet, we never saw him looking like this in the movie. just kinda cool to remember Mace.

Nice pic, probably just an old production photo, i remember one from AOTC where Mace Windu and Obi-Wan are talking to each other and Mace has a grayish beard but they ditched the bearded Mace Windu look for smooth cool Mace.

 

He only wore his hood during Qui-Gon's funeral. He does look cool with it. I only wish we'd seen Count Dooku wear a hood at some point. A Sith has gotta wear a hood!

Although we don't see it in the movies, most of the time, Count Dooku wore a helmet. That's why he doesn't have a hooded cape. Same as Darth Vader.

BTW in the CGI clone wars trailer I believe he does wear a hood.

 

ah, I forgot about that, you rarely see him wearing the hood, unlike obi wan. I wonder why made never uses the hood while in the council? maybe he likes his bald head or other..about dooku, I never heard of him wearing a helmet. interesting.

I sortof picture Dooku's helmet being like the one Colonel Clink wore whenever he rode in the motorcycle-side-car with Sgt. Schulztie.

Somebody has got have/find/alter a pic of Lee wearing some gawd-aweful helmet.

 

Well, he did have a hat of some kind in his concept design from The Art of Attack of the Clones. I always wished he had it in the movie - he reminded me of a Confederate general from the Civil War. Seeing as that is what Count Dooku is in the movies, its pretty appropriate.

 

Nope, burden of proof is on the person claiming the positive which in this case would be that he did wear the helmet.

 

Couldn't find Lee with a helmet. This is the closest I could find on 'Google Images' on a Dooku helmet search. It is 'concept art' of the count. Looks very 'oriental' or Medieval 'Machaivelli.'

Very cool image there, M_S. Dooku may have gone through several incarnations in pre-production, but the version that we saw on screen never wore a helmet, nor was he intended to.

 

so dooku never wears a helmet? i'll be darn'd! I almost belived it.

 

I think that Dooku would find this helmet to be.....most undignified.

Actually I don't know but it looks like a pose 2Pac would do if he was a Jedi. I don't think Lucas would have let him have his bandana on though. THUG LIFE baby.

That's one version of concept art, but it isn't what ended up being the real helmet. His real helmet was EXTREMELY ornamental. It was much like the Trojan Soldier Helmet, or the one the blue Naboo guards wear.

The main difference is that the face was open and there were two smaller crests on the sides of the larger crest on top. It had something to do about where he was from and his royal background. I saw a drawing of it one time, but can't find it right now.
