Coolest Video Game Villain

You could argue he was made evil by Doctor Fred. And that Doctor Fred's design of the tentacle, and negligence in leaving a toxic sewage pipe draining into the local wildlife, makes him the worse of the two.

Pfft. We still don't know exactly who Revolver Ocelot is or what he does. But we do know he manipulates events and gets people killed. That's exactly what the G-Man does. The only major difference is that Gordon Freeman never gets to fight the G-Man. Though Gordon's allies the Vortigaunts do so in Half-Life 2: Episode One.

And let's face it. The G-Man has some insane abilities of affecting the time-space continuum which may or may not be tied to his briefcase...

Mainly because he isn't good or bad - he's a villain to anyone who gets in his way.

Also Bowser. Bowser is a classic baddie who's the most persistent villain in all of gaming history. Mario keeps beating him, but he doesn't let him get him down. Dauntless, he returns with a new nefarious scheme.

I just miss the Koopa kids. They really need to resurrect them for a new Mario Wii game.

Ditch the damn sunglasses and he'd be better, with them it's like he's trying too hard. One **** that needs a plugging.

For me, I guess Revan can't count because, well y'know. Liquid and Boss from Metal Gear would be the two best in my opinion, as well as Lou in Guitar Hero.

 

Forgot about him. Consider him my second favorite behind The Darkness.

Of the first 10 (not counting XI since it's an MMO or XII because I haven't played it ), I, IV, V, VI, and VIII are far superior to VII in my opinion.

Yeah, I'm sure I'll catch some slack for supporting VIII, but it's my second favourite in the series behind VI.

You're not the only one who thinks so, my son.

Final Fantasy VI, VIII, X, and, most recently, Final Fantasy XII are in nearly every way superior to FF VII. The absolute least reason being that the characters annoy me. Also, the fans are like religious Joss Whedonites, and are very gung-ho (as in, they jerk it at the altar of the game). That aside, the story to me is rather...well...total crap, overall.

Also, I might add that the Final Fantasy: Advent Children movie has around an 8.0 rating on IMDB, with 18,000 reviews, which would put it in the Top 120 rated movies on the website. Thus proving that Asian-obsessed nerds with no taste can use computers and press buttons.

Though, when you consider the hype, the expectation, the playability, the sheer "Oh-my-God-I-want-to-claw-my-own-heart-out-in-frustration" *RAGE*...there's nothing on a par with Driver 3.

And Yes, I have played all the Final Fantasy games. Of Course this thread is about the VILLAINS, not the game. I agree with the majority though as far as the quality of FFVII as a game, V,VI,and XII I enjoy playing much much more. But no villain really in well... ANY game has been as memorable.
