I was fascinated by the "puah-puah" sound of the Naboo blasters for a while...

 

Yeah, I really like the sound of the Naboo blasters.

 

I forgot about the assention guns, too. Those were kind of neat.

 

Seismic Charges were cool both visually and sound-wise.

Seismic Charges! It was the coolest thing for visual, sound and concept of all six movies. It was the first thing I thought of when I saw this question. Glad to see so many agree!

Same here. They were stunning visually and they were created with a fantastic sound.

 

I like the sound of the geonosian sonic blasters that shoot the green balls.

 

All of them are cool, but the ones i liked the best are:

-The Naboo Pistols
-Podracer engines
-Droideka Blasters
-Slave 1 Blasters
-Slave 1 Seismic Charges

What about the sound of the TF weapons bouncing off the Gungan shield?

 

The seismic charge was forever spoiled when I found out that they recycled/tweaked Podracing noises to create that cool noise.

 

without a doubt, the Acklay screams! that was scary as heck, especially, when you saw the movie in THX sound.
