Costume Help for C3. (Spoiler-Free)

Hi all. I'm a former member of R2-Detroit from Lansing. I was referred to this board by Lavagrrl (an R2-Detroit member). Just to get right down to business, i'm planning on making a specialty costume for Celebration 3. I do not exactly excel at sewing. Would anyone be willing to take over or at least help me a lot? The intended costume is "Chiss Ambassador 2".
