In keeping with my life theme of insanity and procrastination, i'm going to attempt an Endor Rebel Soldier costume for the Unaltered DVD release on Tuesday. (Zoo said it was relatively easy and somewhat cheap)

    One entire costume
    $100 budget
    6 days

    Yes, I am insane. =P~

most likely, because i have nothing at home to work with. No khaki pants, greyish shirt, coat, big black blaster, helmet, nada (i've been a Jedi for three years, lol).

I spent fifty bucks yesterday, now all i need is paint and some stuff for the cloth helmet and i'm ready to go. I hope... [face_praying]

    [Han]You're gonna need it.[/Han]

That's quite a bit of work to do, and a tight budget. MTFBWY and post pics when done! --Bill

    How's it going?? ummmm...

let's just say i am extremely insane. but you guys already knew that!

and the slacks aren't going to exist according to hero specs. I don't have time to sew the pockets on, though i desperately want them to. Definitely later.

and i hate the donut thingy. hate hate hate it. *stabs foam pieces*

but i did learn how to use my mom's sewing machine. and i think it may be passable for tommorrow. I think... I hope! We'll see by midnight, anyway! :) *Crosses fingers and toes*

Carol took pictures. When she posts her, i'll pirate a few.

All in all, i'm fairly pleased with the costume, except the blasted donut thingy and the ear foam thingies on the cloth helmet. The whole helmet was passable, but i need to redo it.
